Delegates discussed the possibility of creating space on the EFA Youth website for all Youth Movements that are affiliated to EFA so as to create inter youth movement links. As well as attending the Conference Cymru X members had a chance to visit the European Parliament and learn about how the Parliament makes decisions, and how it works from day to day.
Here is EFA's Youth Manifesto:
1. defend the creation of a European Union of free peoples, who believe in solidarity with each other and other peoples of the world which is based on the principle of subsidiarity
2. show their clear commitment to the defence of all human rights and the rights of peoples, their languages and their particular cultures, especially the right to self-determination
3. are committed to the protection of the environment and sustainable development.
4. clearly opt for the construction of a fair European society based on solidarity with specific policies which favour progress, social cohesion and equal opportunities for all citizens, without discrimination of any type.
5. are clearly positioned in favour of a full commitment to the principle of participative democracy.
6. defend real equality between men and women and clearly respect their sexual orientation.
